Packing & Shipping
Your orders will be shipped within 1 business day of ordering.
Orders that reach us on Saturday, Sunday, or holiday will be processed the following business day.
Customs & Taxes
We do not cover any customs, taxes or duties fees. As these fees greatly vary from country to country, it is beyond our control. We therefore cannot take any responsibilities.
Damages, Defective or Incorrect Products
Orders containing damaged, defective or incorrect products must be reported within 10 days. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org including order number, a detailed description of the issue and pictures of the damaged, defective or incorrect items. We are happy to replace the product(s) as initially ordered.
If you ordered shipping through USPS, you may try a ‘USPS Package Intercept’. Very often, USPS is able to re-route your package. Should you notice that an incorrect address was placed on the initial order, we are unable to make any changes.
We do everything in our power to ensure that your order will be delivered safely and in a timely manner. However, MALIKA cannot be held accountable for circumstances and conditions that our beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, customs issues, etc.
If not otherwise selected, your order will be shipped Standard Service. Other shipping providers can be selected.
